Weiler announces the release of our Tiger Disc Grinding and Finishing Solutions guide, detailing our expansive line of abrasive flap discs. In recent months, Weiler has introduced a number of innovative products which are featured in this new brochure, providing users with one source for Grinding and Finishing Solutions.

Our abrasive flap disc offering provides cost-effective solutions for a variety of surface conditioning applications—from deburring to cleaning to weld blending and finishing. With Weiler's abrasive flap discs there is no need to switch from a Type 27 wheel to a resin fiber disc, grinding and finishing are done in one easy step. This results in fewer changeovers and increased productivity.

The new brochure showcases our comprehensive product line which includes a variety of flap discs for different applications. The Original Tiger Disc is ideal for jobs requiring a high cut rate and long life; the Vortec Pro™ line of flap discs is designed for a high cut rate with a value price; and the new Trimmable Tiger Disc is equipped with a unique composite backing that can be trimmed for increased flexibility and long life.

Additionally, Weiler's line includes application-specific abrasive flap discs such as the BigCat™ high density discs for increased conformability on curved and irregular surfaces; the Tiger Disc for Stainless Steel; and the BobCat™ Discs for use with air and electric right angle die grinders.
