Wheel Brushes

Sizes: 1-1/8" - 20"
Types: narrow face, small diameter, basic sections & replacement sections for Sinjet™ carbide honing machines.
Fill types: crimped, straight and rectangular filaments available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide and diamond.
Applications: deburr edges on aluminum extrusions, machined & powdered metal components; edge blending of ferrous & non-ferrous parts; surface refinement of stainless steel, brass & aluminum; use in automated deburring systems as well as off-hand.
Nylox Wheel Brush
Deburring and removing heat scale from a worm gear.

Disc Brushes

Sizes: 1-3/4" - 14"
Type: composite hub, tufted construction.
Fill types: silicon carbide crimped & rectangular filaments.
Applications: deburr forged steel, powdered metal & cast iron gears; deburr blanked steel air & gas compressor plates; deburr cast aluminum engine blocks, engine heads & transmission housings; deburr blanked steel automotive clutch plates; deburr & surface finish cast aluminum automotive wheels; deburr steel compressor plates; deburr aluminum auto fuel housings; deburr cast aluminum intake manifolds. Burr-Rx™ High Aggression Disc Brushes

Sizes: 2" - 9"
Type: composite hub, tufted construction.
Fill types: silicon carbide crimped filaments.
Applications: Deburr very ductile ferrous metals such as mild steel and cast iron. Remove heavy burrs from very hard metals such as tool steel, stainless, titanium and other high-nickel alloys. Rapid deburring of softer materials such as brass, bronze and aluminum. Edge honing and surface polishing on hard non-metallic materials such as sintered ceramics.		 Nylox Burr-Rx Disc Brush

Cup Brushes

Sizes: 2-3/4" - 6"
Types: 5/8"-11 nut or 1/4" stem.
Fill type: crimped filament available in silicon carbide.
Applications: deburring and finishing complex parts; ideal for low speed / high torque portable tools and automated equipment.

Deburring and edge radiusing machined areas inside aluminum automobile wheel rims. (Wheel is cut away to show brushes.)

End Brushes

Sizes: 1/2" - 1"
Types: regular and banded with 1/4" stems.
Fill type: crimped filament available in silicon carbide.
Applications: deburring and finishing in tight areas; spot facing.
Nylox End Brush
Blending tool marks on a hydraulic component.
Bore-Rx™ Crosshole Deburring Brushes
Designed for automated applications in CNC and dedicated machines. Ideal for removing burrs from internal edges.

Available in sizes ranging from 3/4" to 4" and can be readily adapted into a machining center's tool changer using an end-mill holder or 3/8" collet.

Deburring the internal bores of an air-cooled cylinder head.
Tube Brushes
Sizes: .030" - 2"
Types: double stem - single spiral and micro abrasive.
Fill type: crimped filament available in silicon carbide and aluminum oxide.
Applications: crosshole deburring; deburring holes in intake manifolds; finishing inside diameters.
