Applications: Deburr very ductile ferrous metals such as mild steel and cast iron. Remove heavy burrs from very hard metals such as tool steel, stainless, titanium and other high-nickel alloys. Rapid deburring of softer materials such as brass, bronze and aluminum. Edge honing and surface polishing on hard non-metallic materials such as sintered ceramics. |
