Types: knot or crimped style.
Fill types: steel wire, stainless steel wire, brass wire, bronze wire, Nylox®, tampico, animal hair, nylon, polypropylene.
Applications: surface prep prior to painting or plating; cleaning of rust, scale, oxidation and dirt; deburring; edge blending; roughening for adhesion; finishing for appearance; weld cleaning.

Cup Brushes

Types: knot or crimped style.

Fill types: steel wire, stainless steel wire, bronze wire, brass wire or Nylox®.

Applications: heavy-duty cleaning of large metal surfaces; weld scale and corrosion removal; cleaning ships, steel tanks, etc.; cleaning prior to welding; rust and paint removal; roughening; deburring.

Stem-Mounted Brushes

Applications: cleaning and finishing recessed areas or I.D.s; die, mold and tool cleaning and polishing; rubber or plastic flash removal; rust and paint removal; scale and slag removal; I.D. pipe cleaning; carbon cleaning; weld cleaning; deburring; spot facing.

Miniature Brushes

Types: wheel, cup & end.
Fill types: steel wire, stainless steel wire, brass wire and stiff or soft bristle fill.
Applications: light deburring; blending of surface junctures; wide usage in electronic miniature instrumentation, tool and die work; hobby craft.

Bore-Rx™ Crosshole Deburring Brushes

Designed for automated applications in CNC and dedicated machines. Ideal for removing burrs from internal edges.

Available in sizes ranging from 3/4" to 4" and can be readily adapted into a machining center's tool changer using an end-mill holder or 3/8" collet.

Power & Hand Tube Brushes

Types: flat burrite, round, single stem/single spiral & double stem/double spiral.
